All proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs, companies, and other entities running a shop, office, or commercial establishment in India must obtain this licence within 30 days of starting operations.

Proof of establishment (rental agreement/ownership deed)

Photographs of premises
PAN/GST details (if applicable).
